A characterful set of two of rustic vintage stoneware mugs sourced in France, featuring warm honey-brown tones, softly rolled rims and beautifully shaped ribbed handles. Each mug has its own subtle variation in glaze and finish, giving the pair an authentic collected feel that sits perfectly within French country and farmhouse interiors.
One mug has a softer matte finish, while the other carries a gentle sheen reminiscent of traditional salt-glazed stoneware. The pale glazed interiors contrast beautifully with the earthy exterior tones, adding to their understated rustic appeal.
These pieces have a wonderfully sculptural quality when displayed on open shelving, alongside antique pottery, wooden boards and copper cookware. Their worn surfaces and signs of age fit beautifully with old provincial kitchen wares.
