We ship worldwide from the South of France. If your country does not appear as an option, please get in touch and we will give you an up to date shipping quote. Additionally, if you would like to purchase multiple items, you may want to get in touch so we can give you a shipping quote, some items may or may not be able to be packaged in the same box.

Delivery

For peace of mind, we ship everything via UPS or FedEx, fully tracked and insured. As we're a small operation, and travel around France to source stock, we ship within 5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your item has been shipped.

Parcels will require a signature on receipt. If nobody is there to sign for the parcel, a notice will be left by UPS or FedEx. If you have not collected the parcel within the timeframe provided by the courier, additional fees may occur for redelivery. We would only issue a refund (excluding shipping), if the parcel is returned to us. The parcel returning to us in these circumstances is not guaranteed. 

When checking out, ensure that your shipping address is current and correct. La Maison de Belasyse is not responsible for missing parcels as a result of an incorrect address provided. Items returned to us as undeliverable will incur additional fees to be reshipped. 

Packaging 

Each item is carefully packaged, wrapped in bubble wrap and cushioned well in double-walled boxes to ensure safe delivery of your purchases. 

Customs and Duties 

For customers living outside of the EU, there may be customs and duties to pay on your items, this includes the UK, USA and the rest of the world. These fees are not included in the price of the item and it is up to you, the buyer, to pay for these fees upon delivery. La Maison de Belasyse is not responsible for the rates you may be charged, nor any delays at customs. It is important for you to be aware of these fees when you make your purchase. 

What if your item arrives damaged?

As our items are vintage and antique, they will have various wear and imperfections commensurate with their age.

However in the rare circumstance that your order has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

We will then ask you to go through the process of providing various photographs. This will include clear photos of the outer packaging, with the label clearly visible, as well as photos showing the damage to the item.

We will then promptly contact you with information regarding your claim.

If the packaging is visibly damaged on delivery, it is important that you tell the courier delivering the parcel before you sign. Ensure that they take photos of the package and write a damage report, make sure that they give you a copy of this. You can then sign for the package but contact us straight away with the report and we will contact the carrier (UPS or FedEx).
