Changed your mind?

In line with EU consumer law, if you have changed your mind and wish to return your purchase, you must contact us within 14 days of the receipt of your parcel.

In this case all return shipping costs must be covered by you, the buyer.

Your purchase must be returned in the same packaging (or equivalent) via the same service by which it was received (UPS or FedEx). It must be fully tracked and clearly labelled as a return.

When we have received your returned item, it will be fully inspected to ensure it is in the same condition in which it was sent.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned item. The refund will be processed to your original payment method. The credit will appear within a number of days, subject to your card issuer’s policies.

No unauthorised returns will be accepted.

What if your item arrives damaged?

As our items are vintage and antique, they will have various wear and imperfections commensurate with their age.

However in the rare circumstance that your order has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

We will then ask you to go through the process of providing various photographs. This will include clear photos of the outer packaging, with the label clearly visible, as well as photos showing the damage to the item.

We will then promptly contact you with information regarding your claim.

If the packaging is visibly damaged on delivery, it is important that you tell the courier delivering the parcel before you sign. Ensure that they take photos of the package and write a damage report, make sure that they give you a copy of this. You can then sign for the package but contact us straight away with the report and we will contact UPS. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
