Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide from France and regularly send pieces to the UK, EU, USA, Canada and beyond. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Dispatch times are usually within a few working days. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method, but most international orders arrive within 5–14 working days once dispatched.

Are customs duties and taxes included?

Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Regulations vary by country, so we recommend checking local import rules before purchasing.

How are fragile items packed?

All items are packed with great care using protective materials suitable for antique and fragile pieces. Every parcel is securely prepared to ensure safe transit.


What happens if my item arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and item. Please keep the packaging for possible inspection by the courier. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

About the Items

Are your items antique or vintage?

Yes. All items are genuine vintage or antique pieces, carefully sourced in France and neighbouring regions. Each listing specifies the approximate age where possible.

Is the item shown in the photos the exact item I will receive?

Yes. Every piece is one of a kind, and the item shown is the exact piece you will receive.

What does “wear commensurate with age” mean?

Antique and vintage items naturally show signs of age and use, such as small marks, glaze variations, surface wear or minor imperfections. These are part of the character and history of each piece. Any significant flaws are always mentioned and shown in the photos.

Are measurements exact?

Measurements are taken carefully and provided as accurately as possible in both inches and centimetres. As these are handmade and antique items, slight variations may occur.

Use, Care & Styling

Are antique ceramics food-safe?

Many antique ceramics were originally functional, but due to their age, we recommend using them decoratively unless stated otherwise. They are ideal for display, flowers, greenery or styling shelves and tables.

How should I care for antique pottery, metal or glass?

Gentle cleaning with warm water and mild soap is usually sufficient. Avoid dishwashers, harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Each piece will age best with careful, considered handling.

Orders & Availability

Will an item be restocked?

All items are individual pieces with their own history and character. While we may occasionally find similar examples, no two pieces are ever the same, and the exact item shown will not return once sold.

Can I reserve an item?

We may be able to hold an item for a short period in certain circumstances. Please contact us to request.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns. You must contact us within 14 days after you receive your parcel.
