French Antique Pottery Pitcher with Lid from Dieulefit 7.7"

French antique pottery pitcher with a lid. It has a beautiful brown drip glaze on a yellow glazed background. This ceramic jug, once used for cooking, is from the town of Dieulefit in the department of Drôme. Display on a console table alongside other pieces of French pottery.

Condition: There is a small crack to the spout and a chip to the top and lid. There is also general crazing and some loss to the glaze.
