French Antique Pewter Inkwell 4.5"

French antique pewter inkwell with religious decoration. This beautifully ornate piece has a cross to the lid with a sleeping baby Jesus and the Sacre-Coeur de Jesus symbol to the front. It looks as though it was originally painted silver.

This French antique inkwell would look beautiful sitting on a desk or even a shelf as part of an antique collection.
