A stunning French antique terracotta planter with a stripe drip glaze in yellow, green and brown . This 19th century pottery planter originates from Castelnaudary, a town by the Canal du Midi, in the Languedoc region of South West France. This beautiful antique ceramic jardinière, so typical of the pottery of the South of France, would make a wonderful decorative accent.
There is wear and loss to the glaze which adds to the timeworn character of this lovely French antique planter. Please check the photographs.
