Beautiful French antique pottery orjol or jug with a gorgeous golden caramel and yellow glaze. This glazed antique terracotta pitcher or cruche comes from the Languedoc region of South West France.
The earthenware pottery piece has a wonderful character due to its timeworn appearance. It could be used as a vase or displayed alone and would make a wonderful addition to an antique French farmhouse style aesthetic.
There are scuffs to the glaze and some chips to the base.
