French Antique Majolica Plate for Artichokes 9.7"

French antique majolica plate used for serving artichokes or asparagus, it has a small indentation for sauce. The design, also known as barbotine pottery in French, is green and pale blue relief in a basketweave design, with a pale brown trim. Display in a kitchen dresser or as part of a collection of wall plates.

It is in very good antique condition, with some light crazing.
