Beautiful pair of French antique curtain tie backs with lion heads, dating to the second half of the 19th century. Highly ornate, these decorative curtain hooks would make a wonderful addition to a salon or bedroom, adding a touch of French elegance. They could also be used as hooks in a hallway or kitchen.
There is some wear commensurate with age, the gilt has almost completely worn off and they have a more silver-tone colouring.
