Beautiful late 19th century antique French majolica plate used for serving artichokes or asparagus, it has a small indentation for sauce. The design, also known as barbotine in French, is green and pale blue relief in a basketweave design, with a pale brown trim.
It is in very good antique condition, with some light crazing.
