A French vintage tulip vase by Henriot Quimper, featuring traditional Breton decoration and hand-painted detail.
This faience piece is formed with a rounded body and five narrow spouts, designed to hold individual stems. The central panel shows a seated Breton figure in regional dress, framed within a shaped cartouche and surrounded by stylised floral motifs in soft blue, yellow, and warm ochre tones.
The underside bears the handwritten mark Henriot Quimper, identifying it as mid-20th century from the Quimper pottery in Brittany.
The glaze has a soft sheen, with visible brushwork and slight variations that reflect its hand-painted nature.
