A large French antique pottery mixing bowl dating to the early 20th century, with a beautiful combination of earthy tones, a warm brown glazed rim and a pale cream-glazed interior.
This generously proportioned bowl has gently sloping sides, a broad, substantial rim and a small pouring spout, reflecting its original use in a traditional French kitchen. The exterior has developed a lovely natural patina, with subtle variations in colour and texture that contrast beautifully with the smooth glazed interior. The number 15 is impressed into the brown rim, an original size or capacity marking.
Measuring an impressive 46 cm in diameter, this antique French mixing bowl makes a wonderful decorative centrepiece for a farmhouse kitchen, dining table or large rustic sideboard. It can be displayed on its own or filled with seasonal foliage and other decorative arrangements, bringing warmth and texture to French country and rustic interiors.

The vintage glass storage jars are exactly as advertised. Excellent customer service! I placed two separate orders several days apart, but they were packed and shipped together. I was quickly reimbursed for overage shipping costs before even requesting a refund! Each jar was very well packed to minimize chance of breakage in transit, and they all arrived undamaged. I will shop here again!
Fantastic! Beautiful! I have been hunting for some Alfred Corneau urns for many years, as most sellers won't send them internationally, as well as at such a reasonable exchange rate. Very happy! : )
