Rustic French antique terracotta jug with a rust red colour glaze to the exterior and a yellow glaze to the interior. Originating from the South West of France, this earthenware pitcher would have been used as a cooking pot. It would make a beautiful decoration filled with flowers.
It has wear commensurate with age and use, with heavy crazing and chips to the base.
