A striking large vintage earthenware serving bowl featuring a richly marbled glaze in warm shades of ochre, olive green, brown and black. The flowing decoration gives each section of the bowl a unique appearance, creating an almost painterly effect that makes it equally suited to display as a decorative centrepiece or for practical use.
The bowl is finished with a deep tortoiseshell-style glaze to the exterior, offering a beautiful contrast to the expressive marbled interior. The vintage glass storage jars are exactly as advertised. Excellent customer service! I placed two separate orders several days apart, but they were packed and shipped together.
