French antique pottery faisselle cheese strainer with an oatmeal tone glaze, used to make cheese, and dating from the late 19th century. Beautifully rustic, it would make a great display on a kitchen shelf, creating a stunning French farmhouse look. It could equally be used to hold a tealight, which would create a gorgeous glow.

There are a couple of small cracks, common in pieces like this due to age and use.
